It was beautiful, cozy, comfortable and relaxing. They're family friendly, with a great indoor pool. They're breakfast has mang options and it's fresh cooked, serve yourself buffet style. Place was clean. There are also little fire pits, a nice bar, and grill area and plenty of parking.

I liked how spacious the rooms were, I costed my kids here, and it felt like a home away from home, with a pool and kitchen were able to really enjoy our stay and see the springs, go on adventures daily and come “home” instead of a room. Beds were very comfortable, and the transition between the rooms made it feel bigger than normal hotel stays.

Breakfast staff was great, and the bartender was fabulous. Friday night and Saturday night, she really made the stay very welcoming.

The breakfast options were great and caters to people of all preferences (vegans also). I have been to many hotels but here the Sofa cum bed was very comfortable. Bathroom & kitchen amenities were also sufficient. Few of the upper rooms must have view to pikes peak which is added advantage for people who would like to spend quality time inside rooms.

My husband and I had a wonderful time there! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Especially Kristin at the front desk. The business center was out of order. She helped me complete the task I needed to do in no time.

I liked the fact it had a kitchen in the room and it was roomer for 4 people. I like it was closed to everything we wanted to see plus it was close to family. I was quit. We didn’t hear anyone coming or going that was a plus.

The breakfast was perfect, with real crockery and metal cutlery (which is increasingly rare in American hotels of this category). The location is easy to find and was an ideal base for visiting the Paint Mines Interpretive Park and the National WWII Aviation Museum. The children enjoyed the swimming pool. Parents appreciated the quietness and cleanliness of the hotel.

It’s new and well designed. The staff was very friendly and efficient. They apologized to me for the lack of promised airport shuttle service. Due to a snowstorm, I had no choice but to stay and arrange transportation to the airport.

The entire staff from the front desk to housekeeping were amazing- friendly and helpful. Dee at the front desk was particularly helpful as we had an issue with our reservation that she assisted with. The hotel room was clean and the kitchen area was perfect. We also used the grill. We would definitely stay here the next time we’re in Colorado Springs.
